Rising Solutions To Develop GPS-based Mobile Client Application Enabling Location-Aware Services And Content

Tianjin, China - June 2, 2008 - - Rising Solutions Inc. (www.risingsolutions.com) a specialized mobile software solutions and development services company, and Tianjin Tiansuan Science & Technology Company (Tianjin Computer Center), today announced that they will start a joint project aiming to offer a location-based application enabling logistic, traffic information and other dynamic commercial content deliver to GPS-based smartphones.

The planned end-to-end software platform includes both mobile handset clients - developed by Rising Solutions, and a server - developed by Tianjin Tiansuan Science & Technology Company. The completed solution will then host the entire Tianjin and Binhai New-District region logistic information for both individuals and enterprises in the transportation industry. This jointly developed location-based system is aimed to significantly reduce the transportation cost for all parties involved. The first pilot version of the application will be developed on Symbian 9.x/ S60 Edition 3 devices during 2H/2008.
