Mrs. Preetha Krishna is the Vice Chairperson of Rising Solutions and takes a special interest in the company's overall financial functions. Fortified with an MBA degree from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Mrs. Preetha Krishna has been a vital force behind the company, providing all the necessary support needed from time-to-time. Her guidance and insight has immensely benefited the company and helped in its growth chart.

As the strategic advisor of the board, Chandar works on investment strategies for the entire group. He works towards business excellence and is a strong supporter of initiatives to drive innovation in the group, so that all of our group companies can compete on the global stage. Chandar is a strong performer in new business development, growth and diversification. His 11 years of experience lies in building and maintaining a global development network and corporate infrastructure. He successfully evaluates business and investment opportunities and quickly understands companies and their market. He has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the State Engineering University of Armenia.

Narayanan brings to Rising Solutions experience and relationships from his 14 year career in the healthcare and IT-enabled services industries. He has a broad background in operations, strategy and business development with companies including Nittany Decision Services, the pioneer Healthcare BPO Company in India. Progressive, decisive, innovative, highly valued for expertise in restructuring organizations, managing mergers and acquisitions, interpreting corporate vision and strategy, translating objectives into actionable plans and providing decisive leadership to multi-functional and cross-cultural teams. His strength lies in delivering services at low cost with optimum utilization of resources. He has a Masters Degree in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has completed Executive General Management Program at the IIM B School, Bangalore.
